Feeling Disconnected?
I get it—whether you’re a parent trying to reconnect or a teen feeling misunderstood, the gap between you can feel huge.
Parents, you’ve tried everything, but it still seems like your teen is drifting away, glued to their phone, while you worry how they’ll balance fitting in without losing their roots. Teens, you’re navigating two worlds—trying to find your voice between family expectations and the pressures of fitting in with friends. At Winslow Coaching, I help both parents and teens break through these barriers, fostering better communication and trust so you can reconnect and thrive, no matter how different your worlds may feel.
So, there I was—sixteen and completely lost, trying to figure out who I was while balancing the weight of my old life and the pressures of a new culture. Moving to the U.S. threw me for a loop, and honestly, it felt like I was stuck between two worlds. I didn’t belong here, but I was already gone from there—a ghost of a person. I didn’t cope well, and things hit a low when addiction entered the picture. For about four years, I was stuck in a lull, going through the motions. But then came the moment everything changed. I knew I had to rebuild myself, not just to survive but to live a life in alignment with who I was truly meant to be.
Fast forward to today, and I’m not only a coach helping teens navigate identity struggles, peer pressure, and the weight of expectations—I’m also a mom of a teen myself. I get it because I’ve been there, both as a teen struggling to fit in and now as a parent trying to support my child through these challenges. My journey taught me that with the right tools and support, you can build a solid foundation, and now I’m here to guide teens and their parents through that process.
It wasn’t easy, but the work I did back then is exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do now.
I’m Not Just a Coach—I’m a Mom Raising a Teen Right Now.
Some coaches can give you advice from a distance, but I’m in the thick of it too! As a mom of a teen, I’m not speaking from a textbook—I’m living this journey alongside you. When I say I understand teen eye-rolls and moody silences, trust me, I really get it. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance empathy and discipline. My coaching comes with a side of real-life parenting experience that no diploma can provide.

Teens don’t need another lecture—they need real tools they can use. My coaching dives straight into addressing their most pressing challenges, whether it’s navigating peer pressure, handling social anxiety, or balancing their cultural identity.
